West Bengal Chemical Industries Ltd., Formerly Dr. Paul Lohmann (India) Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1961 with technical collaboration of Dr. Paul Lohmann of Germany. All the plants and machinery like Reaction Tanks, Spray Drier, Centrifuges, Pan and Tray Driers, etc. were imported from Germany. At present the Company is running as a Joint Venture with Government of West Bengal by a professionally managed pharmaceutical organization having 25 years of experience.
The Company has the infrastructure facilities and technical competence to manufacture a wide range of chemicals and intermediaries, which have applications in Pharmaceutical formulation, Food and Confectioneries, Cosmetics and other industries within its own sprawling campus. The Laboratory is well equipped to test inputs on-line products and finished products as per internationally accepted standards.
As the pioneer manufacturer of fine chemicals and drug intermediates you are requested to go through the wide range of our products.
In order to utilize the extra capacity of our huge Spray Drier we can also manufacture fine chemicals / Bulk Drugs on “Job Work” basis. We are ready to extend our fullest co-operation if you are interested with the job work or Contract Manufacturing.
