OUR SCOPE OF TRANSACTION INCLUDE: TTT, TTO AND CONTRACTS. BELOW IS A TTO WORKING PROCEDURES. BEAR IN MIND TOO THAT WE WORK WITH MORE THAN ONE SELLER HENCE PROCEDURES MAY VARYFROM TIME TO TIME BUT OUR MISSION STATEMENT IS " PROMPT & EFFICIENT SERVICE".

OUR WORKING PROCEDURES ON TTO
1. SPA Signed by both parties with banking co-ordinates.
2. Buyer confirms documents, and negotiates with vessel handler for TTO.
3. Seller sends ATB to buyer’s inspectors for Q and Q outside Nigeria or Ghana international waters (12-15 nautical miles).
4. Buyer places pre-charter on the vessel
5. Buyer’s inspectors boards and conducts Q and Q outside Tema Bar.
6. Buyer Places BG (BANK GUARANTEE) with Seller’s Bank.
7. Buyer places a full charter on the vessel.
6. All shipping documents re-assigned in the name of the buyer and
handed over to the buyer’s captain as the buyer releases payment within 48hrs to the seller’s account.
